Their dedicated team of professionals provides top-quality services, guiding clients through property selection, and seamless transactions, and delivering outstanding architectural and interior design solutions. They are looking for a professional for their office in Cascais for the position of Sales Assistant, to provide administrative support to the sales team, handle telephone inquiries, and assist with reception duties.

Main Missions:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.

  • Maintain accurate records of property listings, contracts, agreements, and client information, ensuring proper organization of physical and digital files.

  • Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly, delivering excellent customer service through various channels of communication.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support their activities, including preparing sales materials, generating reports, and assisting with marketing campaigns.

Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field;

  • Proficiency in the English language (C1/C2);

  • At least 1 year of experience as a sales assistant in the luxury sector;

  • Interest in the real estate industry and digital marketing.
